Love making a stop in for good coffee and yummy delicious empanadas. Just want to shout out the lovely young lady who works the counter because no matter how busy it gets she’s always friendly and willing to make every customers experience special. Every time I order a drink she’s like “okay I know you ordered this but I can I recommend it this way?” And I always say yes because it’s always better. I’m always anxious and in a rush to get to work but her kindness makes me slow down and enjoy interactions with people. Thanks girl 🥰

I stopped by Alaska Coffee Roasting this morning while running some errands because I was looking for a casual, comfortable place to relax with a good cup of coffee. It popped up in my search, and I’m really glad I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and unpretentious while still having plenty of character. The décor has an authentic coffeehouse feel, with coffee bags, fresh beans, and displays throughout the shop that make it feel like a true neighborhood café. There are plenty of breakfast and lunch options, and I was pleasantly surprised to even see pizza on the menu. I ordered a cappuccino, a mushroom empanada, and an almond croissant. The staff recommended the mushroom empanada when I was deciding between the beef and chicken versions, and it ended up being an excellent recommendation. It arrived warm, flavorful, and was probably my favorite part of the meal. They also suggested warming up the almond croissant, and that was another great recommendation. It wasn’t just a plain croissant with sliced almonds on top, it was filled with a rich, creamy almond filling that made it feel much more indulgent. Seating i

Great spot, really impressed with the coffee and food offerings. Don't miss the ham and cheese croissant with bechamel... Delicious! Service from the team was kind, personalized and attentive. French press Mexican Oaxaca coffee blend was exceptional. Only thing, and it's a minor suggesiton... Too much nonsense stored in the dining room. Made it feel a little cluttered. Won't keep me from returning, will absolutely be back.

Overall this is a really nice place to get coffee, breakfast, and lunch. As someone that’s been here only once it was great. My issue that I had was the lady taking my order was rude, and didn’t answer some questions I had she was just silent. It was kinda awkward like asking questions like what do you prefer and stuff like that and not answering me and just looking at me like I’m clueless isn’t good service at all. I noticed she was also rude to other customers when she was making drinks and whatnot. Overall I would go back I did enjoy my meal and coffee!

If you’re tired of the "cookie-cutter" corporate coffee experience and want a place that actually has a warm soul, but an Alaskan vibe and the air conditioning to prove it, this is it. While it has that familiar, cozy "third-place" vibe you might expect from a major chain like Starbucks, this family-owned and operated café takes everything to a whole different level. Why It’s the Best Coffee and Food in Town: Small-Batch Quality, Big-Time Flavor: You can taste the difference that comes from this family’s passion. The coffee is expertly roasted and never bitter—the baristas here treat every latte like a work of art plus the daily specials and customizations seem endless If you want something a bit different or just choose the standards, it's just up to you. Real Food, Not Factory-Made: Unlike the pre-packaged, frozen fare at big chains, the food here is freshly made and flavorful. Whether it’s their signature breakfast pizzas or their house-made pastries, you can tell everything is prepared with care in their own kitchen. Warm, Authentic Service: At many corporate shops, you’re just a name on a cup. Here, you’re treated like a neighbor. The owners are often behind the counter, or f
